You exactly right! I called Promariner and described the problem. They instantly knew whats up and told me "This is a relay, send it in".
I send the unit in past Thursday. Called to check on the status today(Tue). Without even asking my name or my repair order number, they addressed me by my first name and said that unit has been repaired and sent out today! The shipping
of the unit to me was at no charge!
Since they knew who they speak to right away, tells me one thing. They don't have a warehouse full of broken stuff and the backlog of several weeks. This also leads me to believe that they don't get too many of these units back and I was prob one of the few customers at the time.
Anyhow, I just wanted to share my satisfaction with the Promariner company.
