Problems with new Sterling Battery Charger

Good service from Sterling. I posted out the defective unit to them on Saturday. They called on Tuesday to say it had arrived and a replacement would be with me the next day, and true to their word it arrived yesterday.
I called them to ask if they had checked the one I had returned, and they had. It failed within one hour of them starting to test it.


During all the time I had been on to them about the issue, they kept suggesting it was a software glitch, and that by resetting the unit would fix it. But yesterday they said it was most likley a hardware issue.


Should get the new one installed this weekend, fingers crossed.
