Problem with Dometic Cruisair AC unit

Hi there!
I'm having a problem with our AC.
Is a Dometic/Cruisair TWCV with two chillers.
One of the soft starters is kaput so only one unit works now.

I need to replace one soft starter. On the label of the unit it says 96000 BTUs. But I can´t find a softstarter that is recommended for more than 72000.


My guess is that the 96K on the label refers to the whole unit. So maybe one chiller+one compressor+one soft starter is only 48000 BTUs.
Could that be?
Is there any soft starter alternative that I don´t know?
