Problem with altornator on Volvo Penta

I need to upgrade my 24V alternator on my Volvo Punta TADM31. My problem is that I am not able to get the bolt out. I I hammer on it to push it out nothing happened. If I try to turn it I am able to turn it 60-70 degreaser one way or another and then it jump back again to it original position like it is glued to rubber. Please help
