Power System Compliance

Hey guys,

I did a quick search and couldn't bring anything up.

I was wondering if there are any electrical compliance laws when taking a boat to Australia. Planning on a Bene or Jeanne so the european system is 220v? Does it differ on boats? I'm aware that boats are generally 12v or 24v, but with shore power... That is the question. Do american boats have 110v and european boats have 220v? Australian 240v?

I guess my question is; Am I up for a costly electrical refit upon taking a boat to Australia? I know cars, rvs and caravans all have different standards in Aus. Do boats?
