It looks like most of you called it right, it's an expensive paint job but even the paint job can be had for cheap. Mitsubishi sells the Westerbeke replacement painted red for $327. I was able to see the original starter and guess what? It has the Mitsubishi symbol. The existing starter changed out 12 years ago and purchased from a certified Westerbeke dealer for $700+ is a Mitsubishi too! I guess I'll get the cheap, red paint job.
