North Star genset??

Looking at a boat with a North Star genset. Generator is belt driven, triple belts. Engine pulley is bigger than the generator pulley. Have tried to google it with no results. Found some gas powered, air cooled units sold by Northern Tools but nothing for a marine application.


Anybody have any info on that unit?

It’s just a belt driven generator head. I’d bet someone built their own generator set using a readily available engine.
