Need to jump my 32v batteries

Hi everyone. I have had the unfortunate experience of my charger going out while I was away. Came back to find that both of my 32v banks are at zero. My new charger won't pick up the batteries because it doesn't know they are there.

I need to get enough power to start the generator, but it's on the 32v system. I have used a 10,000 watt jump box on my diesel motorhome and it started just fine. Some people at the marina are saying I can use that to start the genie even though it doesn't say you can use them on a 32v system

Any thoughts outside of making sure the batteries stay charged next time?

Thank you for your help! It's on a 4 8v battery bank.

First turn off the charger!
Use your jump starter on the first two batteries in series to bring them up, then the second set of two. See if that is enough to get the charger to start.
