Mastervolt Mass Combi

I have a Mastervolt Mass Combi 12/4000 200 230v combined charger/inverter.

During the last few weeks it has on occasion failed to start/boot up.

The starting sequence works through but then all lights come on and are static amber apart from the top left, the 100% charge light is static red.

I will not initiate now.

The control panel shows Error E6. The remote buttons work ie inverter on/off but no delivery.

The generator is producing 226v but those elements connected though the Mass Combi (ringmain,battery charger, microwave) are only having 5v delivered at the panel.

On the Combi the input and output at the terminals is 226v. Nothing at the shortbreak.

The thermal fuse has been reset.

Both sets of DC Battery leads are showing 13.8v

I am in Nassau, Bahamas trying to head south.

Any tests or fixes please?

Any Mastervolt experts out there?

Any good electricians with the relevant experience in Bahamas?

We are also having trouble with our Mass Combi, same model. Did you ever find a solution?

Yes, a Victron Quattro.

I spent a long time trying to sort it. I was in remote places. In UK I could have sent it for fixed price investigation and repair; clearly I throw in the towel.
