Marine electrician in Charelson, SC

Any recommendations for an electrician in the Charleston SC area who could help me sort out odd behvior in my charging systems? Victron, Balmar and other assorted stuff. It may just be a matter of fine tuning the settings or maybe an exorcism is required.
