LED Replacements

I am in the process of replaceing all of my lighting with LED. I have not been able to locate a source for the spreader lamps. The lamps now in place are trade number 4411, essentially a 12 volt tractor headlamp with screw terminals. It is held in place in the fixture with a 'inside spring ring", that holds it in the fixture housing. I would prefer to change only the lamp itself, not the entire fixture. Has anyone found a suitable LED equivalent?

A GE Lighting #4411 is a 35W (3000 cp) 12V PAR 38 sealed beam lamp c/w side terminals.
I don’t see this as a good application for an LED replacement.
