Kudos to Scott Berg and Bruce Schwab

I wanted to send out a kudos to both Scott and Bruce for helping me through an issue with a Solbian Panel I purchased at the boat show">Miami boat show this year.

I ordered four Solbian panels (two CP140's and two sp137's) but when they arrived one of the Solbian panels was defective by way of the junction box coming away from the panel. The glue had apparently not set correctly or whatever...

I contacted Scott and he was on it like a teen on a crotch rocket heading out to a hot date. In short order he had contacted Bruce, who sent down a new junction box fedex'ed in, he also arranged for an Engineer to come down and repair the panel, with the promise that if it could not be fixed, it would be replaced.

The Engineer did an excellent job re-epoxying the junction box to the panel and testing the panel to make sure all was well.

I could not be more pleased with the quality of service.

Thanks for posting this. Always good to hear when a vendor goes above and beyond. I'll remember this post when I do the solar thing next year.
