Kohler 6EKOD "Volts L3-L1 Low Shutdown"
Per the manual, I checked F1 fuse which is good (replaced with a new 10A/250W fuse just in case). No load is on generator at startup. Fault continues. Any thoughts?

update: per the tech rep, I replaced the voltage regulator. Still no bueno.
