Is the solar cell phone charger good?

There are two kinds of market on the market. One is made up of solar panels alone. There is no internal no lift circuit. It can only be charged to the mobile phone in the light of sunlight or light. The other is made up of a solar panel + rechargeable battery + boost. The solar cell recharges its built-in rechargeable battery when it is not plugged in, and the solar cell and the built-in battery can be powered by the boost circuit at the same time, even if there is no sunlight or light. The battery's storage capacity is charged for the cell phone.

As to whether the cell phone is damaged or not. I think a qualified product and reasonable application will not have any problems.

Note USB charge-level power is not just for phones, and being able to charge laptops, usually ~19V is a big plus.

Personally I would not use a straight panel without voltage regulation.
