Iota Charger not charging

Hi All:

I have an Iota charger DLS 55/IQ that is no longer charging. I've checked the connections and they are all clean. If I turn the breaker on then off it will charge at 12.3 volts for a about 10 minutes. I checked the fuses and they are fine. In looking at the troubleshooting it said to check the fuses check the AC voltage and then call customer service.

Anybody have any ideas on what to do next troubleshooting beyond checking the voltage and fuses?

Had the same problem w/the our Iota DSL55 a few years ago. Talked to the Iota tech group and they sent me a replacement part (no charge). I don't remember what it was, but think it was a small ceramic part that was cracked. They didn't think it would fix it, but it has been working fine ever since.
Sorry I didn't take good notes way back when. Take the unit out and open it up to see if anything appears cracked/broken, then give the tech group a call.
