help with a anchor light

I would like to get a anchor light that automaticly goes on at dark and off in the morining. I would think it will need a solar panel and battery. I plan to run it up the forestay, Where can I find such a thing?

This fits the bill without having its own battery/solar cell. Otherwise try combining this with a solar cell and battery from a self contained garden light. They're cheap.

Instead of running it off of its own battery, I would want it to run off my main bank since it will probably have a more efficient charging scheme and the light draws very little current.
