Help needed for Airex wind generator

Hi

The 16 year old Air X is no longer working. Bought a new yawl and new brushes for replacement from emarine website.

After putting the new parts, I don't see the label on the rotor for 1,2 and 3 connection. Probably drop off. I know "I should have" label/colour all the cable before removing them.

Can anyone help me identify the cable and numbers?

From Primus FAQ : "I can measure a small amount of current back-feeding to my AIR. Is this normal?
Yes. The internal circuitry draws a maximum of 20 mA when not charging."

Anyway, I have tried all sorts of combination and I always see there is a current leakage / drain of 0.27 amps. Way too high.

I spin the rotor using a powered drill. Most of the combination showed charging and braking when the output are shorted.

I called emarine who refer me to Primus for tech support. Call Primus twice and left messages. I have written to Primus and still awaiting for their reply.

What do you think I should do next?

Thank you in advance.

Eric

I would call Primus again. I have reached out to them several times and always got the tech dept directly or left a vm and received a call back within a day.

Good luck

Eric,

I noticed that you are in Thailand, so I gave Primus a call for you. I talked to Ken in tech support and he emailed me the attached picture that shows where wires 1, 2, and 3 are terminated.

Good Luck,

Jeff

Mikado,

Thank you for the help.

Waiting for the 3 phase rectifier from aliexpress. Will do the same as free range sailing on YouTube.
