Group 34 Battery Box

Hi everyone,
I have two West Marine High Cranking Power AGM batteries on my house bank.

https://www.westmarine.com/west-mari...-15020175.html

They are Group 34, and I cannot find a single battery box with a lid online for them. Dimensions are 10 3/4"L x 6 7/8"W x 8 3/8"H. Any help finding a battery box would be appreciated. Thanks!

Answered my own question. Just use Group 24.

Do I need a battery box for a AGM battery?
With a sealed battery like AGM or LiFePO4, a battery box isn't required. If charged and discharged properly, sealed batteries should not leak or vent corrosive gasses – two reason why battery boxes are a must with older wet cell lead acid batteries.

Re: Group 34 Battery Box

AGM batteries may not technically need a battery box, they still need to be secured. Looks like a group 34 is a variation of a group 24 battery. Unlike how a group 27 is larger than a group 24 and a group 31 is larger than a group 27. Didn't know that.

I know what you believe you think you said, but I am not sure that what you said is what I think you meant.

Makes perfect sense to me.
