Genasun Controllers entering float mode early

Hi Folks,

Does anyone have experience with their solar controllers entering float mode earlier than they should? We have four independent solar controllers and once in a while, they will inexplicably enter float mode way before they should.

What makes you say it went into float early? On my controller it has to be a certain voltage for a certain amount of time before it will go into float. Is it possible you have a controller/panel comb that gets shaded and it senses the low current, but still high voltage from the others, as a high voltage low current shutdown point?
