Fisher Panda Low Voltage

I need to check the capacitors on my Fisher Panda 12 mini due to low voltage alarms under minimal load. I’m not sure how the caps come off and I don’t want to break anything. Do they just pull off? The cover on the highest capacitor in the attached photo looks to be lifted up some already. Any help appreciated.

Searching for the capacitor part number, it looks like they have typical capacitor spade style contacts on one end and a threaded stud on the other. Can't say for sure.

The lids should be easy to lift off but be careful, those covers appear to be stainless steel rather than the usual black plastic ones so unless they have a non conducting liner inside, there is a risk of getting a shock if the cover touches the terminals. Once you lift off the cover, discharge the capacitors with a well insulated screwdriver before handling them.

The dealer told me that the caps were difficult to remove and that most people ruin them when trying to remove them. He said to test the capacitors at the ends of the plug wires in the control box.
