Fischer Panda AGT 5000 fuel problem?

I have a 202 FP AGT 5000 in a new to me this season (2024) boat. At 1st use the gen motor would run for as long as needed. After a month or so, the Gen would run for 30-40 mins and then shut off. This run time got shorter and shorter until it will not start at all now.

I think it is a fuel issue.

I tested the flow of the fuel just after the external fuel filter/water separator and there is flow. I changed the internal (small) fuel filter. I have bled the fuel thru the solenoid.

During start up the shut off solenoid cycles in and out. I unplugged the solenoid and tried starting the gen. I can get it to sputter a bit if I move the gizmo that is attached to the shut off solenoid.

Any suggestions for me?

The AGT is extremely sensitive for air in the fuel. A tiny airbubble lets the AGT stop.
Bleed fuel till no air comes out, see manual for the bleed screw.
Are there no LED warnings on the panel?
The speed adjustment spindle with the square thread should be oiled regularly. Do not let this run dry!
Early stop could mean air in the coolant circuit. But than the temperature LED should indicate overheating. Bleed acc to manual.
This is the DC generator, right?

Very helpful. I am thinking I need a new fuel pump as the fuel flow is not steady, it comes in pulses

We have the 24V DC version AGT 6000.
The fuel lift pump has started to leak fuel because the membrane broke down.
Replaced by a centrifugal one. That was a better solution, also quieter.
These lift pumps are relative cheap. Have a spare.

I can only find one fuel pump in the system. The one by the fuel tank, assume this is the one you are mentioning?

Yes. This one is powered by the FP (in our system) at 12VDC.

Replaced the fuel pump, bled the fuel lines, and it still doesnt start. It turns over and seems like it is starting, but then it shuts down.
