Fischer Panda 5500 ND PMS problems

First time we ran generator it started well and after 45 minutes red AC control light came on, we turned it off. Oil and oil filter has been changed. Impeller replaced. Generator ran fine, then the engine started to surge. FP tech called multiple times and we were told to check the mini-VCS, there is not a mini VCS, they also said, check the actuator, there is not an actuator. Now, generator will not run at all.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
