charging GC2 batteries

Have 4 GC2 batteries, 2 in series and all four in parallel for 12v and 460 amp hours.
installed a new 100 amp charger which I run off a 8000watt genset. Its a 3 stage charger and when I turn it on it spikes to 14.5v like it should for about 4-5 minutes drawing about 9-10 amps of ac power, then it switches stages, voltage drops to 13.60 and it draws about 2 amps

My monitor which I set to 460 amp hours says its about 14.7% charged, at this rate its going to take days of constant running to get it up to 100% does this sound normal, should I have only set monitor to 230 ah which is the individual rating of ea battery?

any help at this point would be greatful

Your batteries sound "full" and your battery monitor sounds grossly miscalibrated and likely misunderstood..

well this is what I'm trying to figure out, right now the monitor says 13.61v and 15.1% charged which continues to go up. The most I've had it up to is 20% which takes about 4 hours of run time on the genset we are on a mooring so no shore power to let it charge 24/7. If you have 460 hours of capacity isn't that what you should put in the monitor? I don't mind running generator just don't wanna lose my new batteries

What battery monitor do you have, brand, model etc...
