Ceiling light with white AND red leds

I'm in the UK and I'm finding it really hard to find a large 5-6" / 125-150mm ceiling light 12v with a night vision mode (red leds). Seaflo make one but it's out of stock and no one else seams to have it but it's just what i need.

Anyone know of an alternative?

Alpenglow are the nicest in my opinion - look on Amazon for others similar to the UK product you mentioned. Alpenglow has a rectangular model with your choice of wood framing to match many cabin styles: https://www.alpenglowlights.com/

You might try this option. We have several installed in key fixtures on our boat. Red/White options from your old switch and fixture.

Bedazzled Protected LED Lights 10-30v ideal for 12V 24v environments

These things are really useful. Only complaint is that the red is just a little too bright.

These guys also sell MR16 units which are the best interior LED lamps I've ever seen -- a warm, natural looking light which you would never believe is LED light. After years of experimenting with different LED lighting conversions for the dozens of G4 halogen fixtures my boat was built with, I finally settled on these, and ended up ripping out most of the Cantalupi G4 fittings in their favor. Good interior lighting adds so much to good life on board.

Find a company that sells emergency service vehicles (fire trucks) We always equip them with red and white 12 V LED dome lights. Try searching for Whelen or Code Blue lighting

Alpenglow are nice. Or get a unit with two bulbs and two switches, just put a red bulb in one side.

Prebit lights are worth looking at.

They have a large range of lights surface, flush, wall mount and strip, most share the same features. They can be switched between white and red and importantly both colours are dimable. They remember the setting, both colour and brightness even when the power is removed. So they turn back on at the same setting. The colour temperature is nice and they are very bright for the size and power consumption.

Unfortunately they are expensive, but boats don't need many light fittings.

Those look very nice!

Whatever you do, if you're buying entire new fixtures, don't buy Cantalupi ones. Very common in U.K. boats (Oyster, Moody, Princess, etc. all use them, or used to), quite expensive, but poorly designed and extremely poor quality. The bodies are made of very thin brass which gets brittle (for some reason) with age, and splinters into finger-shredding shards when you take them out. Ick! My boat was built with a couple dozen of them. Took me a few years to finally replace all of them, and was that ever a happy day.
