One by one the speed/on/off and timer switches on these fans keep failing. Seems simple to pull the switches from the circuit and bypass, but the one that I did this with is forever stuck in low...
Can I bypass the primary circuit board -basically
wiring directly to the
motor? The wire size coming off the board to the
motor is really pretty small -not sure if it's safe to do so...
Any suggestions (yeah, BUY A NEW FAN!) would be appreciated. And yes, they're out of warranty...
Thanks!
