Cable insulation

I am not using battery boxes or battery covers but I will put a plastic cover over the positive battery terminal.

If I do that then I suppose I should put covers over my positive bus bars and the terminals on my "on/off" anchor switch? (These covers are very cheap on eBay. The one pictured costs $4)

Yes, Bus Bar & Battery Terminal Covers/Insulators are a good idea.
