If you have plenty of power, usually all you need, then yes insignificant.

For those adjusting their consumption, usage to match their solar inputs, then it becomes significant.

I'm sure on a 100w 12V panel it makes more difference than to a 32V 300W panel.

it would = about .75 amp at 32v or just over 3 amps at 12 volts out of your panel.
On a 6 hour timeframe that is 18ah per day . Not an insignificant a mount .
So it pays to clean your panels at least once a month .
Just run a squeegee over them during a rain .
