Anyone with L15+ Fireflies?

I’m looking at going with three L15+’s fireflies For my new bank, my Lifeline bank is working fine still but has declined enough in capacity that it has me worried, they are I believe notifying me of eventual failure.
Anyway looking for any feedback, it seems almost everyone goes with the smaller 12V fireflies, but assume the L15’s should last longer, and not drift in SOC as they would be in series, but if lose one, I lose the whole bank, so looking for feedback if anyone has them.

I have installed quite a few. they have a higher cycle life so should last even longer then then g31's. I have seen a few fail though too.

the one downside is nobody makes a box for L15 batteries. they are smaller then l16.

price wise they are pretty simular g31 vrs l15 for AH

I’m one season in on my bank of three. So far so good. Too soon to really tell though.
I had to build my own box.
The wiring is simpler than with the G31

Depending on where you mount them, that's not necessarily a big issue. Being AGM, they just need to be restrained and protected, not fully enclosed. My pair of L16 AGMs sit against a bulkhead, so they've got a 4" tall heavy wood box around the bases to keep them in place, then they're strapped to the bulkhead higher up to prevent tipping / movement.

We have three L15+ Fireflies. Put them in the end of last season and not really gone anywhere this year, so not much I can report.

I was also concerned about losing the whole system if I lost one. Still am, especially when we go offshore. Might install an extra 12-volt starter for use in emergencies or install another bank of Fireflies.

We also don't have ours in a box, but they are very well secured. They won't move in a storm.
