Looking for a marine generator 50hz
Between 3.5 kw and 7.5 kw
Will consider anything as comfortable doing repairs and refurbishments
I am based in the uk so would be looking for a British model hence 50 hz requirement

I've have a running take-out Onan, 7.5kW for sale. Hours were 2500. The manuals give the wiring change for 50Hz, then you just change the governed rpm from 1800 to 1500. It is then a 6kVA unit. Also has sound shield.

BUT, I am in Port Townsend, Washington at present. I don't imagine you would want to ship to UK from there!

Bout a week or so ago, there was a 3.5 50 h UK type faryman engine, seems like there were almost giveing it away!! just look back under stuff for sale!! might still be available !! ya never know !!

I have a Vetus 230Volt, 50hz, diesel generator, that runs great, took it out of a 48 ft sailboat, that was converting to 60hz, 110V. Unit has 2600hours. I am in Naples Florida, so shipping would be your responcablity but I would be happy to crate it and deliver it to a shipper of your choice. I want $800.00 US for it. If you are interested I will take some photos and send them to you.

I am not sure of the kva, I will try to find some better numbers on it and send them to you so you can make a more informed decision. It is fully inclosed, and it runs good but I haven't checked it out completely. Give me a day or so and I will get some more info to you if your interested.
