Any Watermaker Guru?

I got a dessolator D60 watermaker that came on a Lagoon 420 I purchased recently.

I just depickled it, ran fresh flush without, pressure, and attempted to introduce salt water to it.

The pump turns on but does not generate any pressure and shuts off after a minute. It does not build any pressure prior to shutting off.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot/repair.

Or, back up plan, anyone know of a competent and honest technician in Nassau?

Thanks gang!

Re: Any Watermaker Guru?

Have you downloaded the manual for it?
Not familiar with the dessolator units but it may just be you need to bleed out any air in the system. If the pump has any small amount of air it will not build up the pressure.

Are you getting brine out of the rejection port?

If not, have you opened the thru hull ?
