AirPax circuit breaker

Looking for the value of an Airpax UPG6-21616-6 circuit breaker. Trying to find one since it appears they are obsolete or at least my internet search has lead me to believe that.

The rocker switch on the front of my breaker snapped off. Not sure I would have any luck trying to epoxy it back on since epoxy and plastic don't play well together.

Thanks for any help or ideas.

If they are the ones I'm thinking of you ought to be able to find some. Maybe someone on here has an extra. Also, check out used marine stores... might buy an old panel with a bunch of them. I sold 4 spares I had on Ebay last year.

Re: AirPax circuit breaker

If i remember correctly a UPG breaker is the equivalent of a Carling A series (world) breaker if it's a toggle handle they should just swap out if it's a rocker it should swap as well but I'm not 100% sure.

Regards
Colin

I think so too if it's the toggle type. Just saw a box of them yesterday in a used gear store.

Re: AirPax circuit breaker

Thanks for the replies, going check it out with the new pointer to the different model. It is a small breaker with a small white lever for setting and resetting the breaker, a toggle, not a push button type.

I did go by the home store and picked up a product that "glues" plastic, and was able to re-attach the broken toggle part. It will get me out of a pinch, I will want to replace it so it does not come off again at this least desirable spot and time.

Thanks again,

Don
