Air X wind generator and AGM Batteries

Does anyone have any experience of using a Air X wind generator and AGM batteries? I have just purchased a used one and I intend to install it on my sailboat that has AGM house batteries and any advice or opinions would be appreciated. I do know that I can adjust the charge cutoff voltage.

Just FYI I found out the Air X controller is adjustable for volts, so using it for any style of battery should not be a problem. Now all I have to do is get a replacement regulator board to replace the faulty one I have!

Re: Air X wind generator and AGM Batteries

I have an Air Breeze (200W) wind genny that I use to assist in charging my AGM's. The genny has a microprocessor that shuts the unit down when it detects that the bank is full. Mine is coupled with about 150W solar, and the system works fairly well for me.
