Air windgenerator

Hello,

We have a wingenerator on our boat : Air 403.
High current production but noisy.

Last summer we saw a swedish boat with the same generator, but that one made no noise.

I heard that it might be possible to make the blades less noisy by rounding off the front side of the blades.
Is there enyone with experience ?

I bought a set of 59" blades from a guy on eBay. I used only 3 of them and have 3 for spares. They're a lot quieter and put out more power as well. search for Wind turbine generator blade / propeller / 6 rotor 59"
