Air Breeze Pitching movement

We have an Air Breeze wind gen. It is just over a year old and has a lot of Pitching movement. The yaw collar is stable and doesn't move but the wind gen body above it does in a pitching motion up and down . So when charging there is a lot of vibration from this.

Any ideas how to mend this?

I have been in touch with the manufacturers and they say send it to the nearest service centre in Holland ....we are in Sweden , hence I would like to see if I can fix it.
