AC220-240V ~ 50Hz Space Heater on 60hz

I'm trying to get some heat on the euro wired boat I am working on in the US. On shorepower it draws AC220-240V ~ 60Hz -- every outlet is a UK G type plug. I'd like to buy an oil filled radiator from AmazonUK which has the correct plug and is AC220-240V ~ 50Hz. I've read a lot of articles and searched all over for more information and it seems like it would work ok on 60hz if I don't run it maxed out at 1500W. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

For heating coils the 50 or 60 Hz has no influence on produced heat. The Hz difference comes into play with rotating equipment, electric motors.

Great- looking in to the heater and some other options. The boat looks as if it was wired by monkeys both on AC & DC sides. I truly wish that people pulled dead wire out rather than just laying new wire on top of it!

The heat molecules will spew forth 20% faster (60/50).
If you are north of the Equator they will spin clockwise, if south - anticlockwise.

If You buy one, buy a good one from EWT, AEG, ... .
Look for one with 6Amp. and 16 Amp. Some ports have 10 Amp as fuse. Depends on the where you are.

There will be no real change in BTU output.
However, if it has a fan, with an AC motor, it will run a little faster, due to the frequency increase from 50 to 60HZ.
