2YM15 Yanmar water temperature sender location on engine

Hi All,
I’ve been trying to locate the position of the temperature sender on my engine, can anyone give me an idea please.
Many thanks, Mark.

I don't have that engine, but the service manual indicates that it's on the upper right side of the water pump. When I say "right side" I mean that if you are facing the engine, it will be on your right.

Welcome to the forum Mark.
If you PM me with your email address I can send a PDF of the service manual for free which will be very helpful to you.

I clicked on this link and received a serious security alert, ostensibly from Microsoft. I left immediately.

Many thanks, I had a look and I think you are right.
