12 volt power from Mercury 9.9 hp

I have a Mercury 9.9 2-stroke outboard. Is there a way to get a 12-volt power from it. I previously owned a Marina 15hp which came with a 12 volt cigarette lighter plug. Thanks

Yes but the output even at high revs is so low you would be better off buying a solar panel.
