1 1/2" Mounts for Solar Panels ?

Hi,

Any of you guys know where to obtain (preferably stainless) mount brackets to allow a solar panel to attach to a 1 1/2" stainless tube ?

1" are common place and I can even find 1 1/4", but not 1 1/2".

I used stainless steel u-bolts and aluminum channels.

u-bolts: U-Bolts, Round bend (w/ 2 nuts & strap), Stainless steel 18-8

channel: MetalsDepot® - 6061-T6 & 6063-T52 Aluminum Channel= &aident=

Del,

No, I was looking for something like this : Round Rail Single Mount or this Split Type Side Mount
... but in 1 1/2" to go on the cross brace of my Kato davits.

But Olorin's suggestion to use 'U' bolts might be a way to go if I can't find them, didn't think of that - kinda obvious really.

The only ones I know of would be in aluminum.
Plastic would be EZ to make. Just get some square 2-1/2" X 1' thick Delron® or black acetate. Drill a 1-1/2" hole in the middle, drill a couple 1/4" cross holes and split it down the middle with a saw. It would be like the ones in your first link. Similar to the clamps I did for the wind vane except they are a horseshoe shape.
Half the stuff on my boat is custom made.

These guys have lots of different clamps. Okay they are in the UK, but the equivalent must be available states side:

Thanks Pete,

That's similar to what I'm looking for but I need a split type.
