I do plan on mucho solar and batteries. How many of you live on board? What size is your battery bank? Any 440 owners have pics or links to there blogs they care to share?

No blog or website but the boat has a Facebook page TwoDriftersTravel

If you are going for loads of batteries the make sure you balance them between the hulls.

All of ours are in the port hull and she is about 4 cm lower in the water on that side. One of winter jobs is to sort this out.

We liveaboard about 10 months of the year

Battery bank is 800 Amp Hours

...and it's also SunPower for our Crew (customers ) , with a better, north/south panel orientation to allow more panels...

Check this out...10:30AM...2 x 327W SunPower E20 panels...and this is NET into the batteries after running 2 x frigs, a freezer and 2 x computers...silent, free power...sweet!!
