I texted the guy to get some measurements and pictures. You never know what might come of it...

We cruisers are a friendly bunch, if the OP wants to come to northern Arizona, we can work together in my woodshed. I even have lots of Mahogany.

Yes, I suppose it is if you have all the tools onboard. May have to have the step dad custom make this one for us. Especially since it should be no big thing for an woodworker with decades of experience

All of you are awesome and that’s why I love this forum! You’ve given me much to think about and resources that may be helpful for other boatparts. I was thinking I might not have to reinvent the wheel if these already exist in some inventory somewhere. But maybe custom is better so I get what I want. Thanks again!
Re: Where to find salvaged parts - looking for a replacement cockpit table
If you are in Annapolis- go to Bacon's. They have a warehouse adjacent to their showroom (just through the double doors) and they have rows and rows of boatparts, including tables- all on consignment from their owners.

You might try Bacon Sails and Marine Supply on Legion street in Annapolis. Last time I was there they had a number of table tops in their salvage department. They also have an assortment of metal tubes, braces, legs etc. Robb@baconsails.com has been particularly helpful in finding various parts I needed for our Leopard 39.
