450: The proper propeller

Hopefully there’s a consensus on what size folding prop is right for my Lagoon 450 with 4JH5E engines and SD50 saildrives? Lagoon suggests a Flex-o-fold 17 x 14 while Flex-o-fold itself recommends a 18 x 14 prop. Has anyone used either of these? Any idea of which version is better?

[Bean Counter]

The propeller Lagoon used to test fuel consumption was Flexofold 17*14.
At wide open throttle of 3000 rpm it did 9.1 knots on average.
