Size of Teak Area and ...

Hi all,
Does anyone know the area (square meters) of the teak laid by Lagoon on the 42. I am looking at getting this done after market and would like to able to cost it up before I get the boat. In addition to what Lagoon do, I am also considering adding to the helm area and the steps up to it (if affordable), so sizes for this would also be great.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Are you sure you want to add a teak deck? They're hot, high-maintenance and, sooner or later, you'll want to remove it and go back to painted decks! (Sorry to sound so negative!!)

That's OK. I'm looking at flexiteak 2g so limited maintenance and I understand this is cooler than normal teak (I will test this first). Luckily almost all of it will be in the shade so in this case aesthetics are taking priority.
