Seized Steering Pins

My 2006 L440 has been moored in the Shelter Bay Marina near Colon in Panama since very late Dec 2016. In that time, the engines have been run, but the helm has not been turned. Unfortunately, I am advised by the caretaker both steering pins linking the hydraulic and cable steering to the long rudder head interconnecting arm are now completely seized and will have to be replaced. I am hoping a fellow Lagoon owner can let me know the dimensions, drawing numbers, reference manuals, parts listing or other information I desperately need to either order new pins from Lagoon, or to have pins machine locally. Panama is really difficult to get anything so maybe to order new is my only option. Hoping I can get some help out there guys!
