400: Rub Rails

My Lagoon 400 (#36) was built without rub rails. Has anyone added them to a 400 (or other Lagoon without rub rails standard)? If so, where on the hull did you attach the rub rail (at top of topsides, or a little lower), and how did you attach it (through-bolt, screw, adhesive)? Finally, which rub rail did you use (manufacturer and model)? Thanks!
