450: Removing cockpit table 450

I am about to lay Flexi Teak on the cockpit floor and would prefer it runs under the table leg supports. I can't get them to move, has anyone done this or knows if they are held in with adhesive in addition to the screws?

If not sealed water would be able to enter boat under them. Never removed them but would start with thin bladed knife around the edge to cut the adhesive (very carefully) last time I attempted this trying to remove helm speakers one slip and stabbed myself in the leg, ended up with stitches.

Thanks Paul, I'm having no luck without doing excessive damage to the cockpit floor (or my leg). Have decided to lay the teak around them. Won't look as good but a compromise for not ordering teak in the first place.
