Raymarine E120 A Better Position.
Our E120 was flat mounted as are most i guess on the dash panel, i like to be able to
helm
and glance at the
instruments
, more so a plotter.
This is the solution we took a SCANSTRUT Pod, it's totally adjustable to give you a convenient viewing angle and it's quality is very good.

Re: Raymarine E120 A Better Position.
My wife does most of the Nav, she absolutely hates perching above the plotter.
Water
pools on it, and i've seen screens burnt by the sun leaving a black mark.
Cheers..

Re: Raymarine E120 A Better Position.
Hi. Just looking for a solution for my e120 pod an admiring your solution. Did you have the mounting base custom made (and if so, any chance you have the plans ?) ..... or did you source it from a supplier / off-the-shelf ?
Cheers
Craig

Thanks .... I have seen these advertised.
Any
advice
on whether you can source the base plate (that covers the old hole where the e120 was inserted) rather having to get one made ?
Thanks
