Hello all,
well the deposit is down and a
purchase agreement in place. It took a while due to the holiday period but it was worth the wait. We did have a holding deposit down but it was nice to get a formal agreement in place
. Par of the agreement involved the
repair to
parts of two bulkheads that have some
water damage and some other minor stuff. The seller also agreed to replace the
rudder bearings so when the
boat comes out of the
water we will arrange to have the antifouling done to the hulls and props (prop speed). We will also have the
boat polished. This boat is about to get some serious lovin
.
Our intention is to get up to the boat ASAP but we are tied down to appointments till the middle of February then its full steam ahead. We are so so excited and cant wait to just sit in the
cockpit and realise a dream we have had for 20 years and have one or two bottles of champagnes.
