New to Cruisers Forum

Hi, I am new to the cruisers forum & after reading for a few days decided to join in. Just got myself a 440 Lagoon 3 weeks ago, after previously owning a Gemini 105Mc for 10 years. The Gemini was a great cat, but I am completely blown away with the Lagoon

Yeah the difference between a 105 and a 440 is night and day.
Welcome aboard Angels of Rio.

Welcome aboard, Angels of Rio, I hope you get to do some serious miles in your lagoon; I've heard that they are particularly suited to comfortable cruising.

Re: New to Cruisers Forum

Thanks.. I am still a bit shell shocked, but amazed with the bigger boat, my wife wanted more than one bathroom (visitors?) so it was either a bigger boat or an apartment. The rest is history and she is happy, good news all round.

Therapy.. I have the Gemini that Tony Smith and his son (owners of Performance Cruising) sailed across the Atlantic 11 years ago, Northern route.

Sorry to say she is up for sail now, great boat but moving on after the new purchase.
