42: New Lagoon 42 delivery in France.

To those who have bought new and taken delivery in France, who did you purchase from and would you recommend them?

I would also like to do some upgrades right after delivery, where would you recommend? France or somewhere in the Med? I would really believe prices would be far more favorable out of France, and I could get much further South for work in the winter months.

Hi Steve. I am taking delivery of a new Lagoon later this month in Bordeaux and have an individual doing both the hand-over check and arranging some additional work on the boat in La Rochelle, France. I don't yet know if he's good, but he has been very responsive and I could put you in touch with him. He used to work for Lagoon. DM me if you're interested. Dale

Where are you picking up your L42, La Rochelle or Les Sables d'Olonne? Who's doing your commissioning, they're probably your best bet for getting work done immediately after delivery.
