General Info: ms-ra205 fusion radio outside sound not working

I couldn't get outside cockpit speakers work, saloon works fine but not outside. It's defined as zone 1 and zone 2 , I have max volume on each but no sound outside. what might be the problem?

Do you only have two zones to work with or are there 3, 4 and possibly 5? there is a function where you can play both 1 and 2 at the same time so start with that and see if they work together or independently at all ? or all zones at once to see if you get outside working, I do find them tricky but once you get the combination and see how they work it becomes easier

Outside speakers go bad quickly; strange for both to go at same time, but worth a check;

only 2 zones. couldn’t find the cables going out will check again

Do you have fading? Try putting fading all on forward and then all on backward. Worked for me.
